FAQ

I want to view one of your cars, what do I do?
We operate an informal viewing by appointment system to avoid any disappointment or wasted journeys for our customers and to ensure that we can be on hand and dedicate as much time to you as necessary. Also sometimes, not all our vehicles are on display at our main site, the car you are looking at may be located at our undercover storage facility nearby so for this reason, if you wish to view a car, just telephone us on 0161 904 7768 to arrange a convenient time.
What are your opening times?
We are open Monday-Friday and most weekends too. If you wish to make a viewing either during the week or at weekend, just telephone us with as much notice as possible. Evening viewings are also possible by prior arrangement up until approximately 6:30-7:00pm.
What is the procedure if I want to purchase a car?
If you want to go ahead and purchase a vehicle, a £200 cash or card deposit removes it from sale and secures it for several days for you unitl you are ready to pay the outstanding balance and collect the car.
How can I pay the remaining balance?
Our preferred method of payment is Bank Transfer/BACS, if you have an account with one of the major UK banks (e.g. HSBC, Barclays, RBS, Natwest, Santander) a Faster Payment transfer can be made through your online banking system or in branch and will go through the same day or within a few hours. Certain banks or building societies that still do not use the Faster Payment system may take longer. Vehicles will only be released however, once we have cleared funds in our account, so for that reason we advise customers to make payment at least 24 hours prior to collecting your vehicle.
If I leave a deposit on a vehicle, is it refundable?
If you come to view a car and decide to leave a deposit on it and then change your mind before following through with the purchase, it is not refundable. The purpose of a deposit is to confirm and authenticate the prospective buyer's intentions of going through with the purchase and thus prevents the vendor from selling to somebody else prior to completion of the transaction, so for this reason, deposits are non-refundable. Without this common business policy, there would be no value or purpose in leaving a deposit.
If you have any other questions or queries which are not covered here, please don't hesitate to get in contact with us.
